I just completed this floral still-life. It's an oil painting done with a palette knife, after Abena Hristova. I changed the colors a little--the original was more white and gray, which is entirely too 1980s for my taste. I warmed the color palette up to creams and taupes and I think the end result is quite pretty. I plan to hang it in my bedroom. (The pictures are a bit off, colorwise. I'm not sure what happened, but it's a lot warmer in tone, in real life.)
