Does anyone out there have "comfort albums"? I'm not in a bad mood or anything, but as much as I should be studying for my midterm tomorrow, all I want to do is curl up in bed with my iPod and listen to The Fragile (Left and Right) from start to finish. It always seems to set me straight. Maybe because it seems to have a natural flow of ups and downs and somehow I always end up in the right place.
I dunno, I guess I'm just pensive right now. Yes. Pensive is the right word. I'm finally in a place where the next year is pretty much predictable. It will likely also be drama free. Well, at least free of drama concerning me. I'm not sure how I feel about that. I dare anyone out there to change that.
I'm pretty excited to go home. The Zaphod's night (28th) is shaping up to be pretty fucking epic. Laura, Nikki, Dony are coming from Western; Matt Ernhoffer with be there; Anna and her friends are coming; my new Joy Division friend from my History of Punk class is coming (he will just HAPPEN to be visiting family in Ottawa), Matt Collins will be there (MULTIPLY! DIVIDE!) and I'm really excited to see Dan and the Coffee Kid... Epic Epic Epic...
It's been awhile since I had an epic night. I guess tonight was sort of epic... but not Zaphod's epic. I'm just looking forward to going home.
