Ok. what's wrong? people do want to read your journal, and are happy when you update it telling us what's going on with you. I enjoy your posts. It's one of the ways I get to keep in touch with you. And although we dont talk much because life sucks with all its expectations, I still like hearing about your doings and the things that make you happy and sad. Basically, I enjoy reading your journal, and I comment when appropriate.

as for the patterns. i think its something like you have to accept the patterns for what they are, and really feel the patterns. and once you are able to do that successfully, you can start to change the patterns.
