None left but capillary orchards under the dominion of alpha Homo Sapiens Sapiens Neanderthalensis

It's been a while.

I've just watched the most brilliant and stunning dramatisation of the lead-up to, and premiere of, Stravinsky's Rite of Spring. Awesome. Also got a full performance of it, only punctuated by the infamous riots. Fucking boss. Oh, and the Breakfast Club is on later. Telly Addict here, certainly.

That last paragraph was all so fucking elegant.

I'm going bananas atm I swear. Brains fried.

New songs, can't be arsed reporting about em...LJ is a whingeing forum, not a website, stuart!

I've been largely preoccupied with this new piano work I'm composing...it uses a bunch of old themes from the requiem, and it's gotten way out of hand. No one, it seems can play it, and it's beginning to feel suspiciously like an overture, which would mean I'd need to write up a suite or god forbid, an opera for it.

I'm no good at these entries anymore. It's also too cold to type. It's taken about 3 times longer as it's taking you to read it up to here ------->.

I love someone who's playing on boats currently. That's a disaster zone, under strain. Enough said, but we love our singing.

I can't love, I don't think. I'm rather out of practise perchance.

Don't kid yourself, Stuey.
