(no subject)
Today Norman's friend went on a trip and left his car in our care. So we went to walmart for diapers and formula and who should we run in to in the parking lot? Nessa! It was too funny. We all went in together and got our respective items, then stood in line at the self check out waiting for someone to come and say yes Nessa was old enough to buy wine. It was nice to see her again She looks good with her long shaggy hair cut. And she got to meet Rinoa, who was half asleep in her car seat. The sucky thing about today though was Norman got paid and after rent and baby stuff, we only have like 15 dollars left and a fridge full of nothing but booze. People come over and just leave it here and we dont drink it. lol
His friend also let us borrow his laptop which is what I'm using now. And I have to say...I want one! I want one!! It can play dvd's so I can lay in bed with Rinoa and watch movies!! And I can sit on the couch and check email and such and be all comfy.
Right now Rinoa is sleeping in her swing and Norman is out checking on his agent's who are painting a mural at work. Then he's supposed to get milk. But he has been gone a while. Maybe I should call him. Naw. But if he doesnt come home soon I'm eating his hamburger.
It was nice to get out of the house, even if only for an hour. It really gets to me sometimes, being alone all day with no adults to talk to. I love spending time with Rinoa but sometimes I just need to talk, even if it's about the stupidest things. But I'll get over it.
I was thinking about getting a part time job at night or just on the weekends. We could use the money and I could use the time out of the house. Adult interacion is good. Plus I kind of miss working. But where would I work? I should go get my health card so my options are bigger. But then again that will cost me like 40 bucks right there. Thats two cans of formula for her. I'd rather spend it on that. I dont really want to go back to the mall unless I have to. Maybe a bookstore.
It's kind of funny the routines you get in to when you stay at home. I wake up around 4-5 am to feed Rinoa. If she falls asleep then I take a nap till about 9-10 when she wakes up again to eat. We watch The Price is Right together, then Jeopordy or how ever you spell it. Then tv goes off till about 4. During that time we listen to music and I read or sing to her. We take naps too. Or I'll clean while she's sleeping. Every other night she gets a bath a few hours before bed. Then I feed her and try to get to bed around 11-12. She's getting better about sleeping through the night, even though she still sleeps in out bed. I wanted to wait till she's a few months older before we try to get her to sleep in her crib.
Well I would say it's getting late but I dont really sleep much at night. I'm just done typing for now.
