So I finally stopped being lazy and took a bunch of pictures of my moleskine, to just show you all the basics, and my supplies, which I'm extremely proud of:

This is what I did to my moleskine tonight, it looks okay, and it makes it easier at the beginning of the month to see a basic overview of the month ahead of me:

In 2007 I bounced between these two planners:



I loved it until it started getting really dirty, and became a pain to carry around all the time, then I got this on sale for 40 cents, and decided it would be my travel planner:
