eBay Assistants?

Has anyone here used Assistants to sell on eBay? I have a few collectibles that I'd like to sell in my decluttering madness, but I dislike dealing with the hassle of eBay. Using someone from their Assistant database seems promising, but I was wondering if anyone here had used anyone in the past?

I haven't, and I've sold a lot of stuff on EBay. I find it really simple to use, and besides I don't wanna split my tight profit margin with anybody! ;-)

I've sold lots of things on eBay in the past, and just find the hassle not worth it for me. Easy to use, sure, but there's all the picture taking, writing good descriptions, headlines, answering buyer questions, etc. It's just not for me. I'm not reselling anything, so profit margin--eh.

I sell regularly on there so I've never used one either. If you don't want the hassle it's probably worth it. I'd do it for you if you were close by. I still could if you took the pics & shipped...but that's still work for you. My user name on there is angie-d and I've been selling since '97. Otherwise I'd go for it & use one.

I've not used one, but I saw a presentation from a local seller. Items have to be worth over $30 and they take a third of the total plus charge the shipping fees. Seems like you would have to have something worth a substantial sum before it would be worth it.
