Feedback!
Hey everyone! I promise that I won't post anymore of these all text entries for a long time, I just thought now would be a good time to beg for feedback from you all. We have a ton of new members which is just awesome! It's always interesting to see what brings people here. I was going to do this in poll format but I thought oh how impersonal! We should be able to interact.
First off, thanks for all the lovely comments in my last few posts. I just don't have time to reply to all of them but I wanted you all to know how much I appreciate them. I sincerely love hearing from you all! Let's get on to the feeback shall we....
Tell us anything you'd like. Complaints, compliments, constructive feedback, suggestions, etc...just NO REQUESTS please. I wish I had time to fill requests but I just don't. I know a ton of communities that will do that for you and you are always welcome to add your username or whatever to any icon that I make. (I don't care what you do with them after I make them.) So other than that, anything else is welcome! Tell us what you think. :D
And just to help spark conversation, here is a list of things that I'm thinking of iconing; Movies like; The Scarlet Pimpernel, various horror movies, various Bollywood movies, Pride and Prejudice, Princess Bride, Moulin Rouge. TV shows like; Firefly, Buffy/Angel, Coupling, Will and Grace, Arrested Development. The Emilie Autumn and Christina Aguilera icons were pretty popular. Would you all like to see more icons from musicians? Tori Amos, maybe? More art; pre-raphaelite, pop art, baroque, photography. More icons from stock images like my last post. More location icons in a different style. I'd also like to offer more resources and larger graphics. Any ideas or suggestions for those would be appreciated too! I'm also learning a bit about layouts. Would anyone be interested if I offered those too?
