A Song No One Would Expect You To Like
When people browse my music collection, Snow Patrol is often the band at which eyebrows are raised. I only own the one album, and I don't know what it is about it that lifts it above the mire of drab indie rock that most of the British music scene still seems to be wallowing in. Hell, I don't even like any other Snow Patrol.
Sometimes songwriting just comes together and flies over the top of a usually disliked genre.
It reminds me of good times that took place in the middle of bad times, and that is something to hang on to.
I picked this song off the album purely for the superb video.
