The Music Behind the Drabble ...

Just for kelly_h80, I decided to post the piece that was the inspiration for last Saturday's drabble.

Here are a couple of versions. Number one has Wieland Kuijken, viola da gamba; and
Gustav Leonhardt, harpsichord. Note that this is only the second movement of the Sonata in g minor, BWV 1029.

Sad! Okay I heard that piece above but when I searched for it on youtube it came up with this

I thought that was the song you were referring to. *shakes head* Both are lovely pieces but I do favor the one above more (must be the AR and Anthony influence)

That movement is implied in the drabble - it's the first movement in the piece. The videos I have embedded above are from the second movement of this wonderful sonata.

You should listen to all three movements sometime :)
