Good grief...
Apparently it's been two years since I actually posted here...
Appropriately, this post comes on the 12th anniversary of the cancer surgery and I'm STILL here!!!!
I've been working crazy hours at work, and in my off time trying to knit or crochet numerous baby items. I have a niece that is due around Thanksgiving and an honorary niece who had a son 2 weeks ago tomorrow. I got it kind of backwards...the blanket for niece is done, just needs to be blocked. Blanket for honorary great-nephew is still being made.
Still fighting the never ending battle against the weeds that consumed my lawn, and the never ending battle of the dog poo...I now have two dogs. I got Sara two years ago in November when she was a baby. Not as young as Wiggles, but young. Now that she is not eating my house every time I turn around we are doing fairly well.
Let's see...work, dogs, house, crafting...that about covers it. I may actually have more time to do something here in the next few weeks while healing from knee surgery. No big deal, just an arthroscopy to clean up the arthritis junk.
