I wish you'd stop calling yourself a "total bitch" all the time. You're not intentionally mean, spiteful, domineering or cruel. Face it Kae, you're a genuinely nice person no matter what you call yourself. :)

Aww, thanks for being so nice about me, especially after how unfair I was about you. I'll try to stop calling myself a bitch, no matter how descriptive I think it is of my behaviour on occasions. The thing is . . . I hate girls who don't acknowledge when they've behaved badly and I don't want to be one of them. I guess I go too far in the other direction as a result.

P.S. If you were using speech recognition software, people would think you were posting this from in the loony bin. I once experimented with it when I was writing my Honours' thesis, and my first paragraph ended up being a weird travelogue about "All in China" instead of Olive Schreiner.

I suspect you also might do a little of what I tend to do.....I am usually the first to say the worst about myself. That way if anyone ELSE says the same thing I've shown them that I am already aware of the flaw - and that way it's not really an insult if I said it first. :)

Does that make sense?

*shrug*

Yeah, that's exactly what I do. If I say the worst about myself, there's nothing else anyone can say to hurt me. I can write off similar insults as them . . . parroting me.

Also, I think I believe that I need to be perfect for people to like me. So, when I make mistakes or screw up, I automatically assume that they will hate me.

No, it's human nature to make mistakes or screw up. :)
