Jetlag

So, usually when I talk about being 'jetlagged' I mean this cloudy foggy constant exhaustion feeling I get. I don't usually have trouble getting on the right sleep schedule of my new timezone. Since I can never sleep on planes anyways, it's usually pretty easy to just force myself to stay up til an appropriate time, sleep, and then boom, problem solved!

Yeah.
Not this time apparently.

Arrived in Q8, didn't sleep til 1:30ish.
Woke up 12:15pm (that was because Lauren called me, assuming I had gone out somewhere XD)
Went to bed at 11.
Woke up at 7am (over an hour before my alarm for work...)
Went to bed at 1am, woke up at 10:30am.
... didn't go to sleep.

I was playing a game and I looked at the time and it was THREE AM.
And I was like 'holy crap'.
So then I got ready for bed, and went to bed. And I just lay there and thought about cleaning my room, and what I should do on the first day of school, and what to do during the 30 minutes I'll have every school day after arabic before the kids leave.
Then my feet started tapping like I was sitting there killing time waiting in a doctor's office, not trying to get to sleep.

So I gave up, got up, started cleaning, and now it's 6:30 am, and my plan is just to stay up until a decent bed time, and hope I can jolt myself into a decent sleep pattern.
