Seoul end Vancouver beginning (V 1/2)

Last day of Seoul I went to a big more famous jjimjilbang, Dragon Hill Spa. It was nice but it was so much more crowded than Itaewonland and I feel kinda even about which is nicer. If you want more facilities and need more English support; Dragon Hill. If you want something calmer and more peaceful: Itaewonland.

On the way back to the hostel, at like 9:30 pm, my sandals finally bit the dust. They've been in sorry state a long time but the hole in the bottom grew so large that the pad of my foot could feel the ground as I walked. So here I am rushing to a place where I can buy cheap shoes and trying to get there before everything's closed. Got a pair of cheap sandals I don't like; I'll try and find something better in Canada.

I arrived in Vancouver and Robbie picked me up at the airport, I went to his house and we just played videogames because I was pretty destroyed but knew I needed to stay up til a decent time. We had tacos for supper, because Robbie lives two blocks from a no frills.

Today we took our time waking up, and I did laundry. Then we went down to the edge of Chinatown, and picked Pauline up from lunch for a lunch break in a Chinese food place, and ate a lot of very good food. Then robbie and I went to the Vancouver Police Museum which is pretty epic. They have a large collection of weapons they've confiscated from people (Some of which are PRETTY CRAZY). They also have a super cool morgue, the actual morgue room Errol Flynn was declared dead in. They even have like summer programs for kids where they can learn about forensics and 'solve' crime scenes that are built into the museum.

Then we went to a mall so I could go to a cellphone store and get a Canadian sim card. That means I now have an NB phone number, if anyone needs (I'll email that to you now dad).

Then we dropped by the no frills to buy fresh things for supper tonight; rice and steamed veggies. A friend of pauline and Robbie's came over, and we played some Munchkin.
