OMG
Oh..my God.. I'm at work now, and we had a fake fire drill. But this one took the life out of me!!!! I was just sitting here, starting to read over UNIX when a huge alarm sounded. I looked all around me, and all the other apprentices were heading into the hallway in a huge crowd. Even the adults. I went out with them naturally, and we walked to the staircase. And...they were tiny steps..and.. We had to RUN down the steps.. And do you know how many flights?! Eleven flights, come on!!! Each flight was long with tiny steps. o__o Running down wasn't too bad, it just seemed endless, and I was at the very back of the line. When we got down to the first floor, we crowded in the main lobby. Then the alarm ended, and we had to walk back UP the steps we just came down on!! OMG, going up is harder than going down. It took like ten minutes walking up those steps, and my knees were going to collapse!! I was going to fall down and pass out no joke!! I was the last in the line..well, I wasn't in a line by the time I reached the top; everyone else left me behind. xD It was very hard for the others too, but I kept taking rest breaks. Oh MAN.. comes to show that I need to get in shape!!! My knees are aching like crazy, and I can't bend them! I'm still wiping sweat off the back of my neck! Anyone wanna join me in a huge work out this Saturday? @_@!
