Summer fun in the sun
I’m in beautiful, a little to sunny, and much to hot, Tyler Texas. I’m still alive, which is a good thing, at least for me, and I’m having a very fun time. I did have had a bit of an adventure getting here.
I made it to Houston ok, but then my flight to Tyler Texas was canceled…fun. I had to get a hotel room..it was an experience, a long story best told in person.
Wow it hot down here, I’ve been here a little over a week, my feet are killing me and I have a very sexy farmer’s tan. The cats are so cool…there’s a baby lion here being hade reared!!! He’s sooooo cute, I got to play with him. I’ll bring pictures.
Today I had an important life lesson, I learned how to butcher a hog, and then butchered a hog. It was wonderful (lots of sarcasm in that), the hogs sat out in the sun and got nice and warm, and bloated. Needless to say I had quite a lot of blood on be by the end, but that’s nothing I’m not used to since every morning we r up to our elbows in bloody water…what a way to wake up!!!
But the butchering wasn’t that bad, and the cats reactions were priceless…we gave the legs, ribs, heads, and butts, to the cats. One cat who got a leg was so happy, he was jumping around, having the time of his life with that leg.
Just so u know, there are 37 cats, 29 tigers, 4 lions (not including the baby), 2 leopards and 2 mountain lions, and I know them all by name. some of the tigers are chuffing for me (that’s their form of a purr). I’m having so much fun.
I hope the rest of u r having as great a time as I am. I’m really sorry I didn’t get to saqy goodbye, but my parents got me at 7am, and I thought you would like to sleep, and I’m not one for goodbyes anyway.
