I was freaking out when I got my first flat tire, too. Don't worry. Once you learn the process, it's a lot more comfortable the next time (which hopefully is never, but still).

Yeah when i got first flat tire i cried! I was so freaked out, and it was in the middle of winter too at like 10pm >.<;;;
