So straight to the point...
Super quick post to highlight some recent things.
First of all... I dyed my hair today. It's a reddish-dark brown(auburn I suppose to be technical) although it's a special blend of 2 different colors my stylist came up with. I'll try and work on getting a picture, but for now I've been told I look close to Black Widow. XD James loves it, and if you didn't know you'd think it was my natural color. Very spur of the moment. So much excitement. And it's shiny!
Second... streaming is a go! Faster internet upgrade - check! Second monitor - check. Upgraded memory - check. Capture card - check. Web-cam - tomorrow night when James brings over his old one. All other upgrades will come in time. I'd like a new graphics card, but it wasn't a top priority, so. An actual mic might be the next thing on my list so I don't need a headset.
I'll be streaming here under the screen name ladyorenda. I'll try and make a post here when I'm about to stream, and I'll also set up my twitter to make an announcement. If anyone has a Twitch account and wants to follow me, it'll automatically send out emails every time I go live.
I hope this goes well. I'll probably play a lot of Marvel Heroes at first just to get a viewer base, but I'm planning on tons of different stuff, especially RPGs. Unfortunately a lot will be at weird times in the US except on my days off, but hopefully that's not forever... (and there's always VOD of recently recorded streams, I suppose)
And zomg Fantasy Life for the 3DS comes out today!!!! I've been waiting for months, it looks so incredibly shiny. Unfortunately I can't stream 3DS stuff, but everyone who can should play it. It has a job system like FF14! Want to be a tailor? Do it! Want to be a mage? Just switch with a button! Cook, miner, blacksmith, warrior? All of the above!
