S2 of GoT continues to be fabulous (...though I will say, that was A LOT of sex in that last episode, what), though Asha/Yara isn't entirely how I pictured her physically - I always imagined her, in my vague imaginings, as a lot more... pointy? I dunno, Gemma Whelan's face is a little young and sweet for Asha. But she plays her excellently, so I'm sure it'll all be well. And Theon, oh you poor bb, you got completely owned by your dickbag father and your...not-v-nice sister. :( Though I will admit Balon Greyjoy has one hell of an awesome fireplace. Anyway. Have discovered one of them 30-days-of-xxx memes in my wanderings through tumblr, and this one actually sounds like something I'm interested in, so here we go.

Winterfell (what a shocker), because even though I'd barely started reading the books when the show aired, the sight of those towers being revealed over the hill was just breathtaking. And because everyone who leaves wants so desperately to go back home again. Because there must always be a Stark in Winterfell. Because people were happy there, yes even there in the cold hard North. Because there are ghosts in Winterfell, and because the North remembers. oh, my heart.
