There was still like a foot of snow up in mass (well, in places @ the larp site).
At one point, a bunch of us needed to go into the woods. I am playing a human, and most of the rest were elves. So there we were, trudging through the snow. If I stepped REALLY carefully, I could stay on top of the snow... the elves were falling through and blazing a swath through the snow.

The only problem was that the shoes which let me walk on top of the snow had no cleats (ergo no traction), so when I was fighting I was sliding all over the place ^_^'', and I can't walk on top of the snow with my cleated shoes... *sigh*
