Inter-library loan

I suppose I could ask this question at the library, but it never occurred to me until now, and right now the library is closed, and I can't locate the information on their website.

So back in Iowa, we had this thing called inter-library loan, where libraries not connected to each other would, for a fee that depended on the library but was never more than $2 in my experience, ship a desired book to your library. (They'd search a database of books owned by libraries in Iowa, submit a request, and the first library owning that book that had it available to lend out would fill the request and ship it out.) I already know that the Multnomah county library has something very similar between other Multnomah county library locations, except that it's free. Still, I want to know if there is a way to get books from libraries in other Oregon counties shipped to a library here in Multnomah county. Because from searching on their web site, I already know that the books I'm looking for are not there. I want to broaden my search to other libraries. Does anyone know if they have this service?

EDIT: Thanks to gypsy_owl for finding the link for me! Thank you!
