I've been told that food is very difficult to come by, if not impossible. Perhaps we should speak with my brother. So you can eat as well, since I assume you need to.

Now, I doubt your brother would be so kind as to bestow that kind of gift upon me. But you should ask your brother to assist you, since this is your first time - well, being human, I guess.
