In a bid to stop Euphemia li Britannia from harming civilians, especially Saji Crossroad and Louise Halevy, Setsuna F. Seiei attempted to engage her in combat, using the only weapon he had with him, a handgun.
He failed, and as a result, perished from multiple gunshot wounds and blood loss. Time of death was between 12.30 pm and 1 pm.
