A little update
So I thought I would share a little update with everyone since I have not been posting here for awhile.
I quit my call center job and got a wonderful position as an IT technician in a publishing company called Lebhar-Friedman. I absolutely love the job. This is exactly the kind of job I wanted. Granted I still take phone calls like a call center but no where near demanding nor intrusive as a regular call center would be. I don't just take calls, I remote into people's PCs and fix their issues. I rebuld and repair laptops. Do little PC odd jobs here and there. Test new software and hardware. Just so much stuff and I love it.
I know I will have good and bad days here but this is a job worth working hard at. The company is willing to pay for my college tuition as long as it applies to the IT field. They are also going to pay me to get my MOUS and A+ and any other certificate I want or need. I've only been there for over a month and I love coming into work. Only bad part about the job is waking up early. I work a regular 8-5 and weekends off. So thought I'd share the news
