And he isn't being subtle about it.
I am an avid car nut and like so show my car at various shows and cruise ins. So.. I attended one yesterday and it was the first time I had to fill in release that would allow the local police to take my information like license plate and such.
No the cops here (Prince Albert) are well known for being total asses and pricks and they only proved that again last night. Towards the end of the show they had the biggest police presence I have ever seen at a such an event. In total at last count there were a total of 6 police cars watching people leave and the intersection. That is by my count about 90% of the entire city police force watching a rather benign event in city rampant with substance abuse and property crime.
Now I can understand one or two, some of the younger crowd have little respect for these events, they are a casual social gathering not a party. The booze should stay at home, yes there were kids drinking there, and guess what they were the ricers. I had my video camera with me and should have taped them then offered it to the police.
Sounds hypocritical, well not really I would rather do that then let some drunk ass teenager get behind the wheel and hurt somebody.
