Day in the Life with Mom
Mom: Look what my students gave me! It's a Giga Pet!
Me: Mom, it's a Flash drive!

Last night, I told my mom I'd make it a personal project today to help her clear out the fridge cuz it's so crowded in there with tupperware and moldy veggies. This morning, my brother told her that he's meeting up with some friends to hang out and my mom nearly had a conniption yelling at him. Apparently, when my mom heard that I was gonna clean out the fridge, she thought that also included my brother. My poor brother had absolutely no idea what was going on.
That being said, the fridge was positively disgusting. I found stuff that had expired back in 2002. Really, mom and dad? Does not being able to cram new groceries in the fridge every week give you any kind of indication that there's too much stuff in there? Oy to the vey...
Memorial Day BBQ-ing later on tonight. Hope it doesn't rain when we fire up the grill! And Happy Towel Day to all the Douglas Adams fans out there! Psh, who needs BBQ? I got all my essentials in my towel :)
