driving home from the valley, I was happy to find a hawk or eagle perched near my path. Twice this happened. I shared with a friend of mine who knows a bit about animal medicine and couldn't remember what it was these lovely beings had to say when they communicate with us. though it's been a while, this is still totally relevant.
