I GOT AN INTERVIEW FOR VET SCHOOL AT WSU!!!!
I know to some of you that it isnt that big of a deal, but now I'm one step away frm my life's dream. Although I am going to vet school no matter what, WSU is better quality, closer to my family, and not to mention about $80,000 cheaper in the end. the caribbean would be an amazing life experience. i will have to visit someday. but if i went, it would be unlikely that I would be able to come home for the next 2.5 years, not even for christmas...my birthday...if cory has another baby,anything. this way, i can also go to my friend AJ and Scott's wedding.
I am still so psyched. this is amazing, i didnt think i'd make it this far. i wanted to celebrate lastnight, so shannon and kristi and i went to see Phantom of the Opera (Lauren is right, the Phantom sucks, but I enjoyed it) then we stopped by Applebees' for some 1/2 price appetizers and house margaritas. i had 2 of them (kristi bought them for me!), and was hoping to be able to drink with my friends, but when i got to jims, sarah was trashed (as usual, i thought she was gonna stop drinking....) and so was he. god, he got so effing drunk. he could barely stand. he decided to set his alarm to get up (he said he needs to have a time to wake up) and it went off at 5:30 am, when we had gone to bed at 3, and he didnt wake up to it. and i dont know how to turn it off. i waited 10 minutes, with the buzzer on as high as it goes, before pushing him to turn it off, he tried to stand up twice and couldnt make it. so i got up, turned on the light as he passed out again, and turned off the alarm.
tonight, stephanie (shelived next to me in orton) is having a party at her new place. i might ask jim to not drink so i can have some fun. i'm always the one taking care of other people, i want to be able to have a drink or 2 and not have to worry about driving. we'll see how that works.
