the adventures... part II
last time: or got to greece had a fun evening.
the next day I met relatives of my sister in law who are italian and came to greece in their vacation. they were very nice and I've joined them in a day-long trip in the pheloponesos. we stopped for refreshment at the corinth canal - and I was very tempted to bungee jump but didn't then we moved on to several site which I don't really remember - the main one was a temple for artemis and an amphitheater with awesome acoustics - the whole day reminded me of an annual trip in school - the greek scenery is just the same of the galilee. throughout the trip I've been interrogated on my political views as sort of a "representative of the young israeli generation" - a title which I denied but nevertheless was attached to me. they were quite horrified with my pessimistic attitude. the day ended back in athens were they invited me to dinner and I've learn the useful lesson - do not order stake in greece they just give you a sole of a shoe and claim it to be meat. (even when you clearly state - I want blood dripping of my stake (not in those words obviously))
