I am not a photography-minded person, but these long-exposure (I think?)
photos of fireflies are amazing :0 (Page appears to be in Japanese, so I have no idea where they were taken or by whom...)
Fun
article about creative thinking. The comment about seeing the world as you are rather than as the world is strikes a chord.
And it must be kind of nice to be a real artist o_0 This
price list comparison between "professional" and "fandom" artist prices is pretty scary, but if that's how you make your living, I guess that also makes sense... (Still!)
Anyhow, I did finish the second (Other, or non-Christmas) book-thingy of cards, but even with the largest binder rings I have, it's a smidge too thick for the rings and doesn't close flat -_- I'm not sure taking out the three or four 2011 cards will help (although one is a fairly thick wedding invitation for a wedding I couldn't go to because it was like 3 days after Christmas and on the east coast), but I'm thinking maybe I need a separate book for 2011 forward. Possibly more, but I'm not sure I can accurately distinguish all the 2010 stuff. The Christmas book-thingy is pretty full, too, but I could probably buy another set of the binder rings (they came in a set of 8, 2 each of 4 sizes) and transition it to the larger rings to accommodate more cards later. Bah... Didn't want to have to break it up into multiple books. Also wanted to be done and ready to move to other projects :/
