Japan PSN card

Anyone know of a place to buy Japanese PSN cards (to charge your account with) that doesn't cost double of what the card is actually worth? Best I can find is one that sells 1000 yen cards for $17.50 US. (I know Play-asia sells them for $16something but they ship the card to you...which kinda defeats the cheaper aspect of it because of shipping. Some places I looked at just gives the code to you, which is pretty much all you need)

Or anyone know anyone in Japan that can get it?
