... well the journey to get on the actualy journey has begun.
we've been doing our homework about the apts in baltimore.
there's 19 of them that we like..
one of them that we really like.
and we've already let 6 of some others go.
chris is helping us.. he knows the city pretty well up there so
he knows where the "dos and donts" are.. so theres two citys
townson and ............ egh forgot the name that are pretty much
college towns.. which would benefit us bc leseans hobby.. producing
and spinning muzic can sometimes be... LOUD. but respectfully.
annnnnnnnnd the apt is a nice price/sqft... and it has alot of things
in the apts that i think i'd like VERY MUCH... so as long as there is
an opening and everything is what it says then thats more than likely
where we'll stay... however a two bedroom would be nice... but it's not
that big of a deal.. now what i say now and what i say a yr later maybe
two extremes.
im putting together a portfolio of everything.. from the 19 apts and all the
floor plans that we would consider to any other notes about the apts to
the things that we are going to buy for the apt...
and im sure more and more will be added..
