parents meet parents
it snowed yesterday! june 6th! geez! and apparently we're gonna have rain and snow all week...
friday night was a big milestone: ian's parents met my parents for dinner. i was pretty nervous, especially since i booked it two weeks in advance and in the end i just wanted to get it over with.
but it went over REALLY well in the end, i am very pleased with the outcome :) my dad was being a goof and talkative and it was fun. we ate at bolero: an amazing brazilian restaurant where they bring you unlimited meat on a sword to you and carve it for you at your table... it's soooooo good... leg of lamb, bacon-wrapped filet mignon, garlic parmesan striploin, pork ribs, roasted pineapple... MMMMMM...
i am looking forward to them coming over to our place for a meal and i can't wait to take my parents to the farm to see the ALPACAS!!!!

anyways today i am driving up to edmonton to see my little sister preform in a concert :) i think it's gonna be fun!
