I'M BACK!!!
Well, I got back last Wednesday, the 29th of Aug. The tour was really crazy and lots of fun. I have been kind of sitting around trying to get back to reality for the past few days. Of course, not having any money has put a damper on things, but I will hopefully fix that soon. I put some pictures up from the tour if you want to take a gander. It feels really weird being back to my regular life, almost like it was all a dream. Going back to my old job will just top it off, something I don't want to do but looks pretty inevitable. If anybody knows of any good jobs available that will pay decently and have good benefits, I would be grateful.
Things I have learned from the tour(I probably left out a few things):
a. save up a bunch of money in advance
b. it's good to have friends around the country
c. sleeping on floors and couches every night sucks, but it's definitely better
then paying for hotel rooms every night
d. sleeping all day in the van while riding from town to town sucks, too
e. don't tour for more then 4 weeks at a time
f. people like postcards
g. don't buy junk food every time you stop for gas
With that being said, who wants to start reggae band? It has to have AT LEAST 15 members!
