Trying to start my research paper now so I won't procrastinate on it later....
E-commerce and eBay... This is what I have so far... (we had to write our intro paragraph along with the subject to our instructor... I'm early but wth.)
E-commerce has changed the world and the way we conduct business. As defined by Wikipedia, e-commerce
“…consists of the buying and selling of products or services over electronic systems such as the Internet and other computer networks. The amount of trade conducted electronically has grown extraordinarily since the spread of the Internet.”
EBay has taken the internet and the world by storm and it is all thanks to e-commerce. People in Japan can buy or sell products from people in the United States with simple clicks of the mouse. Merchants don’t have to have a physical store front, EBay will give them a digital one. Stock doesn’t have to be on hand, as long as it can be shipped to the right location on time. Everything from antiques to books, software to cars, and even services are sold on EBay.
