So things are wierd.
Things are a little odd right now, but I'm kinda digging it. This isn't going to be in chronological order. oh well. I present to you my current life in bullet form:
- I had an interview at Best Buy, I'm pretty sure it was a fail 'cause it was a real interview with the questions that cross examine you and try to get you to contradict yourself. They won. I failed the interview I'm pretty sure, but what else is new?
- I dyed my hair purple all by myself, it looks pretty tight. It's just purple where the blue used to be now. And underneath is just bleached and ew. But I still love it.
- I get to go on vacation! But first I have to drive my Gram to West Virginia tomorrow morning around 9. woohoo!
- My vacation is going to be 2 nights in a wierd cabin near Kinzua, 'cause Dave likes to stay in wierd cabins.
- THENNNNN I'm going to Erie/ Splash Lagoon. OMG YAY WATERSLIDES. They make my life. It's gonna be awesome, and our hotel is directly connected to it, so it's like 9000 times better.
- Halea is like " we should meet up cause I'll be there too and OMG yay!" I'm like "I'm good, thanks." I know, I'm a great friend. But she ruined things, not me.
- I'm a vegetarian now! And I've already lost weight as a result, it feels amazing! And I'm doing it right because the brand of veggie meant I use is absolutely amazing! It makes me not miss meat at all. <3.
- I filmed Identity X on the 12th so that I can have some live footage for my Point Park Portfolio. It's gonna be tight. I'm gonna post it here when I'm done with it, don't worry. Darrin wants to take my tape and copy it for their press kit, whatever that is. But whatever. I get credit, and that's all I really want.
- I keep having horrifying dreams, like Nikki killing herself and filming it cause one of my movies involved a death scene. Okay, not cool. Thennnnn I had one that I don't even wanna put into words because it's that fucked up...
- I'm trying to write/produce 3 movies right now and I'm really quite excited about all of them. One's a love story that I'll start when I go back to school, one's a music video for Innerpartysytem's "Last Night In Brooklyn", and the other is going to be a road trip movie/mini-series that is gonna air on the morning announcements if it turns out well and is school appropriate. I just have to work things out with my go-to actors/actresses.
- I started to apply to Point Park and realized how much goes into applying, but still I'm gonna get on that 'cause I wanna go there so badly, and being accepted early wouldn't hurt at all.
- I need to visit Point Park and The SAIC in Chicago so that I know I wanna go there for sure. I know the SAIC has amazing residence halls, but is the curriculum/ Chicago weather really worth an amazing room? That's why I need to visit. I need a damn job. Thanks to all the places that are hiring, but won't hire me.
- I got the Filmmaking Apprenticeship at Pittsburgh Filmmakers, which is going to be absolutely amazing, I need to go make a field trip to Oakland sometime so I can locate it and figure out parking. The problrm with it is that it's on Fridays and my Physics lab day is also Friday, hopefully this doesn't screw me over too much. That would really suck quite a lot.
- I got my final Senior Schedule in the mail and I'm so stoked to be a senior, but at the same time it's bittersweet, cause I don't wanna grow up! haha. My senior year is gonna be a joke academically, I only have 3 classes that are gonna be worrysome, and one is a semester class, yay for that! But unfortunately, I still have AP German on my roster. I'm not sure I wanna put another year into something I think I'm gonna forget in 5 years cause I'll never use, but who knows, maybe I can minor in it at Point Park.
- Kill Hannah's new album is coming out in September. <3! I miss them.
- I'm in love with the Silversun Pickups, 'nuff said.
- I'm going to be 18 in a month and a half, which I also find terrifying, but it's something I can't avoid.
- I have an idea for my tattoo that's going to incorporate all the things I love, such as music, film, and Kill Hannah, without being too direct. I'm so stoked. I'm also going to get a monroe or Madonna piercing, also stoked.
- I have too much summer work, but I've already finished Oedipus Rex and am half finished with "Things Fall Apart", I'm just really dreading my summer German work, it's 24+ pages of friggin "hoch Deutsch" or "High German" or "Lofty German" no fun for me.
- Bruno was the funniest damn movie I have ever seen. period. I died about 6 times during it. I almost peed.
- I need to get tickets for Blink 182 and Mayhem. Wish me luck.
