(it's the same as the 30 days of December meme going around except I added a 31st because clearly the original creator doesn't know the "30 days has september, april, june, and november" rhyme which clearly dates that "all the rest [which includes December] have 31")

If I Fell by The Beatles. Other songs have come and gone but this song will always rank in my top list and has been a favorite since I first heard it. I love the harmonies, I love what the song is about, I love that Paul's voice cracks...
Day 02 - your favorite movie
Star Wars will always be my all time favorite movie. It's the movie that shaped what I look for in entertainment. The sarcasm, the action, the adventure, the fantasy...I know many say ESB is their favorite but A New Hope is my favorite because it was before Star Wars was a brand, before Lucas started believing his own hype.
Day 03 - your favorite television program
Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Smart, funny, good writing, amazing chracter arcs, and, above all, the creator respects the fans. Like The Beatles' music or the original Star Wars trilogy, whenever I need a show to make me feel less alone, I watch BtVS. When Buffy and Angel went off the air, I cried, and not just because the show was over, but because I was afraid it would be the last show that really spoke to me on that level.
