Yeah, there are several books I've read a little bit of this month but I have no focus. I usually bring a book when I go out on the porch but most of the time I end up staying on my phone.

I'm glad you liked Old Man's War! Hmm I thought I HATED the rest of the trilogy, but looks like I liked the second one, but did hate the last one.

You read a lot more books than I have! I've been reading the same book since February 11, and I'm only about 60% done with it. This is easily the least reading I've done in my life since I was a kid. I can't even blame the virus!

I've heard good things about Old Man's War. I have read Redshirts and Lock In by Scalzi and enjoyed both. I think you'll really enjoy Redshirts :)

I had to figure out when to read as I'm working from home and that eliminated my commute which was prime reading time. So there was that to overcome and also pulling myself away from scrolling the news and Reddit etc. and just reading more and more about Covid.

I now "commute" in the morning in that I wake up early enough to read for a bit before going to work. I also try to notice if I'm falling down a social media black hole and will have a book nearby to switch to if I find myself doing that.

Hope you are okay and safe too!!!!
