it's been a while since i last wrote an entry about how my day went.. and i think today is a day worth writing about. :)

PHOTOSHOOT FOR LA SALLE DANCE COMPANY - STREET
my day started at 6am. the shoot was scheduled to start at 8 in the morning at the san lorenzo park in makati. i left my tita's condo at around 730, got there after 10minutes.
people started showing up at around 8am. that's when i met rash, my lsdc-street contact for the photoshoot besides ate mycs. since i didn't receive the email about the 'look' they wanted for the photoshoot, rash printed me a copy of the pictures they'd like to copy (or at least, the look).
i met a lot of new people today! :) and they were ALL SO REALLY NICE!!! :):):) i met lag, lexie, kat, jap, mike, james, ellie, donna, dx, efren, gino, rj, elaine, meyer(? i dont know how to spell her name), tano, kevin, ain(? spell), sha, and andrew. of course, i also saw familiar faces! like meg, jj, issa, and brent.
Lord, thank You for new friends.. seriously.
9am - 430pm -- that's how long i've been taking pictures. let's say i ate lunch for 30minutes. so that's a total of 7 straight hours of taking photos! it's SOOOO TIRING!!! =_=
but i really had a lot of fun. my new friends were all so really nice! and it was so comfortable talking to them kasi parang instant friends talaga.. no awkward phase of being just acquaintances.. so that was really great! :)
special mention lang si gino ong.. i'd like to call him THE HEARTTHROB WITH A GOOD, GENTLE HEART.. he's like so.. NICE! he was like the instant friend talaga. like, after ipakilala sayo, you're friends na talaga kagad. now, i think i know why girls fall for him and drool... it's because of his heart. it's such a gentle heart that..adunno how to express it in words but..lumalabas talaga yung kagandahan ng puso niya sa labas na anyo.. may sense ba yung sinabi ko? hehehe
the instant you see gino ong, you'll want to be friends with him.. he's got this attractive aura lang talaga.. and the moment he talks to you, hindi ka magsisisi na nagpahila ka sa kanyang magnetic force. seriously. hehehe! :P
and he did something that really touched my heart.. before we started with the group pictorials, he took the initiative to start it with a prayer.. so we did pray, and lsdc-street has this way of praying by holding each other's pinky with your own pinky (parang pinky promise).. and so he started the prayer.. he thanked God for this day.. then he thanked God
for me.
*tear* wow. i was pleasantly surprised.. and then the lsdc-street people all said 'yes, Lord' or 'yes, Father' in agreement.. WOW. i didn't think i was that important to be thanked for for that day.. i was just the photog.. pero yun.. it was so nice talaga.. :)
so yun.. gino was really very helpful.. he'd help out his co-lsdc-street mems by directing them for their poses or fix their shirts or their hair.. if i ran out of suggestions for locations around the park to shoot, he'd really suggest areas.. and not yung kunyari nagiisip tas kung ano nalang maisip, yun na. no. pinagiisipan niya talaga yung magandang lugar..
it's been such a long time since i last met someone who was THIS nice.. :):):) thank You!
kat and ellie were the ones who kept me company most of the time. the others had to go kasi may skechers meeting and may skechers training.. so yun.. nung umalis na sila gino before lunch, kat and ellie kept me company.. and they were really nice and hindi yung nahihiyang nice pero yung nice talaga na friendly nice! hehehe naguusap kami, ganon. ang saya lang talaga.. :)

GRABE it was a really nice experience. thank you, ate mycs, for giving me the opportunity to shoot. second photoshoot ko lang toh and i'm learning na talaga..!!! :) yay.
thank you, adrian seekingdeeper, for letting me 'hire' you again for post-processing. :) (i know that you're not yet done with the Funkstyle Crew job i gave you, but i really hope it's okay that i'm giving you another job HIHIHI!)
