nice end to the year :)
1. we celebrated Christmas together.. FINALLY. hahaha. well, a day late. but who cares. hahaha it was the first time we celebrated Christmas together (yeah, first time even though we've been together for more than 2 years. hahaha) it was supposed to be a different kind of date - NO to the mall..
but IT RAINED! IT POURED! >_<
so we went to SM Mall of Asia. hahaha! ate in Sbarro.. walked around, trying to find gifts for each other, ended up empty-handed :( boo. went back to makati, walked around greenbelt.. had a VERY serious ♥-to-♥ talk over the little bridge in the greenbelt garden.. then everything became okay.. :)
2. remember us (UP Street) winning the FUBU dance competition..? well, we got GCs pala! hehehe so 2 days ago, we went SHOPPING! hahaha met up with kuya jm, kezia, and sir j at the Fubu outlet in glorietta. kezia and i had a budget of 2,900php each while the others had a budget of 4,700php. those who had a budget of 4,700php were part of the Fubu intermission at Market!Market! AND the Fubu compet, while those who had a budget of 2,900php were part of just the intermission or the compet.
can i just say that it was HARD to shop in Fubu..?! why? ..BECAUSE IM A GIRL. and Fubu caters to GUYS who like BAGGY shirts >_< their SMALL is like a normal LARGE for us. hahaha! should've been there in the outlet earlier, would've got the hoodie i liked in SMALL :( sir j beat me to it. he got the brown, blue, green, and black. HAHAHA! the black was his, the others were for the other guys who weren't there like aye and sam. vimi was able to catch us and started shopping, too :)
so i got to buy a pair of pants, 2 caps, and a shirt. but the shirt isn't for me. hahaha :P i wanted this red football jersey that had 'MANILA' on it.. i thought it was for girls.. BUT IT WAS FOR KIDS PALA >_< kaya naman pala alanganin dun sa cut sa baba XP for little heefhaffers pala yun! HAHAHA
it was fun to go out of the store with all the Fubu merch. hahaha! kakaiba yung feeling na i didn't have to pay anything because i worked hard for it. hehehe :P
3. after eating in mcdonald's, we went to the PICC for the twins' show. it was this gathering of all the international delegates (and local) of their church, Word International. :) ate pongkie was able to join us and kuya von, too.
it was my first time to see jez and joel in their element - dance, music, and God. joel was the worship leader and it was my first time to see him sing on stage! he has a beautiful voice!!! and it was my first time to see jez play the drums, too! ANG GALING-GALING NIYA!! and to think he didn't have any formal lessons! IDOL! :)
too bad i didn't know majority of the songs they sang :( huhuhu i WAS able to sing along to one song - 'We Worship You'!! :)

some of the other songs were familiar, but I didn't know the words talaga.. even though the words were flashed on-screen, i didn't want to sing very loud. HAHAHA baka mapahiya lang e. XP
a lot of people accepted the Lord that night, it was a sight to behold! at first, no one was walking towards the stage when the pastor was encouraging those who want to accept Jesus to come forward. but when one bravely came forward, people started to follow. :)
there was a time that the pastor also called the youth to come forward, AND SO WE DID! after praying, the type of concert our generation knows started! but instead of the usual rock songs, Christian songs were played! IT WAS SO AMAZING! we started jumping, clapping, singing our hearts out! joel sang again and he was like a rockstar, to be honest :P
i just found out today that that event was a once in a DECADE thing.. it makes me even more thankful that i got to experience such a thing :')
OH! and i saw HOPIA!! i forgot na ka-church niya pala yung twins and si rachel! :) she sang with this band and she has such a beautiful voice (no surprise there :P).. we (UP Street) were asked to freestyle during the ending songs.. one by one they freestyled. when kezia pushed me on stage for my turn, all i could do was the toprock because THE SONG ENDED NA >_< so all i did was like, kickball change-turn-bow! HAHAHAHAHAHA pahiya ako pare! XP so after nun, hopia called me and we hugged! :) i told her i was so blessed by the event and she hugged me even tighter. :)
after the event, we went to ate pongkie's house to eat because we were soooo hungry! ahahaha. tambay-ed for a bit then we left na. we sort of got lost on our way out of ate pongkie's subdivision because it was really confusing HAHAHA kuya jm brought me to ministop and then babay. vimi was sort of panicking because it was past 12mn already and he had to be home. hahaha kuya jm and sir j were teasing him talaga. haha
