last year's wishes are this year's apologies
Dearly, dearly dislike being sick. My mood is relatively good, and I'm happy to go to work today, even though the cough persists, and the aches carry on.
Nothing a spot of tea and a big bowl of yogurt can't fix, though! Well, perhaps that's being a little overly optimistic... but who cares, I'm happy none the less.
Even if I do have the lurking fear of finals breathing down my back... Gah!
But really, I've found myself so much happier in the last six months than ever before. I love being moved out (for the most part), I love school, my job, my friends, and the boyfriend of course. True, I'm counting down the days to May 1st - my official first day of summer - but that doesn't mean I'm unhappy with March. March may have given me a cold, and may be chalk full of assignments and readings and deadlines, but March also bodes another Mother Mother concert, lots of development plans at work, and lots of gift cards from my birthday to spend!
Hopefully I'm not the only one with optimism for this month. It's dreary in the sky, but hope in my heart.
