Last night was the big event: The release of Harry Potter Six.
Working it was actually really fun.
Except when we got mobbed.
That was not so fun.
We had to make people leave the store because of the fire code. There were so many people you could not move.
Crazy!
Obviously they did not want to leave.
Personally, I think if you want your children to grow up to be decent members of society you should not call innocent employees a 'fucking cunt' in front of them.
However, I learned many of our customers did not share these values.
It started off well though.
I had the face painting station. At one point people were standing in an hour wait to get their faces painted by me. I am so cool.
There were little Hermionies and Harrys everywhere, several Malfoys, one Ron, a couple of Trelawneys, and two
scary and excellent Dementors.
Staffwise we had Professors Quirrell, Sprout, Umbridge, Snape, Hagrid, Flitwick, and Trelawney, Harry Potter, Harley Potter, and Harry Pirate, Ginny Weasley, Pansy Parkinson, Fleur Delacour (me!), a house-elf, and one Muggle.
Words can not describe my exhaustion.
But I got my book!!!!!!!!!
