What? I have a waist?!?

It's not quite the massive weight loss I'd hoped for, but thanks to my daily hooping workouts I do have a more defined waist. And here's a bonus: My legs have retained their ballroom dancing firmness. I didn't know that hooping could help me keep my legs strong!

I am pleased. :-)
