For the protection of people's 4th-Amendment right to privacy, it is becoming increasingly clear that we need a law making it illegal for employers, potential employers, or schools to demand access to any personal login credentials for any online account; and to make it an illegal form of discrimination to retaliate against employees, students and jobseekers who refuse to accede to such demands.
