I'm actually looking forward to this year. My teachers seem alright, there was no problem with me being in Viking Voices (I was sort of worried since I didn't have Ensemble), and I'm not mad at anyone, (last year I was upset at Ashlie over the James thing) so to be starting a school year drama free is awesome. And everyone says I have gotten nicer/changed or whatever you would like to call it. I suppose that's a good thing - because after reflecting on the entry I wrote a couple entries down, I was sort of ... bitchy in middleschool. 8D I was still awesome though. ;D But er, right. I guess I can be nice while still being myself (I'm still going to be sarcastic though, don't expect that to change).
And I'm looking forward to my math class! There are a lot of people I like in that class - and it's the only class I have with Tyler. And Ms. Woodlief doesn't seem all that strict.
I've been listening to sad Motown-type music. On tapes. And my dad's record player. And my "greatest hits" CDs. I think this is my way of venting. At least it's a constructive way - I get to learn new songs. 8D
I swear, they either play The Temptations or The Five Heartbeats on BET everynight. And I can't help but watch it because I'm addicted. ♥
Yesterday I went to Walmart and Staples to buy school supplies. I saw my cousins Konnie and Calvin at the store - Konnie's in the 7th grade and Calvin's in the 10th - but it's easy to forget that he's older than me because he has one of those diseases that prevent you from growing. :( I miss hanging out with my family too - I couldn't go to the family picnic thing this year because of Mom's leg.
