Memories
How do you do memories? I have one, I am reminded of it by my recent post about Ballard and the Scandinavian population of Seattle:
When I was little, (in second grade) we had two Einars in our class: we had to call them Einar S. and Einar F. Our teacher also used to make lefsa and read us Norse fairy tales with a Norwegian accent. Wow, I am yust remembering all this but I think it is singularly relevant to our current Viking reign. I feel so legit.
(Oh wait, now that I've tried to add this to my memories, I notice that it is supposed to mean "memorable posts." Wow, I don't know that this one really qualifies as a memorable post, it is yust a memory. Now I feel pressured to make it memorable. Um, how about this: I also remember the first book my mom ever read to us was called The Tomten, about a little dwarf that goes around farms at night and talks to the animals. I have it at home if anyone wants to see it. I can read it to you.
