For those of you who I don't talk to often enough
Things that are new with me:
- In 2nd year of grad school. Getting pretty bored of it and anxious to get a job. Am thinking about pursuing public programming, community outreach, education, public relations or exhibits in musuems. In other words, have barely narrowed my focus, have in fact expanded my interests since school started, but hopefully this just makes me more hireable.
- Went as an octopus for Halloween, it was the most amazing costume ever.
- Am enjoying playing Blokus with Ryan. Not quite the new Scrabble, but would recommend it.
- Have also enjoyed watching 24, Weeds, and season 6 of Curb Your Enthusiasm lately.
- Made a killer minestrone soup last week. Was proud of myself.
- Continuing to lose at trivia night and failing to recruit new talent. Find it depressing.
- Am going to be in Vancouver/Portland for Thanksgiving, Xmas, and New Years. Hope to see some/all of you at some/all of these times.
- Have ceased to start sentences with actual subjects.
