Actual Life
So, now that I actually understand this a bit better, I should make an actual journal entry, yes?
I joined Deamus, simply so I have an excuse to oogle and drool over a lot of the writing there. wook77 and kaalee are amazing in particular, and I like more but those are the two I can name off the top of my head.
It's a three day weekend - happy memorial day! I have to work on this HUGE Poetry Assignment due...thursday, which I sooo haven't started. And Make up Math. And, um, do science. My life really sucks.
But! You people can help me out! I need a friend's definition of Poetry. And a teacher's, I think. Don't go look it up. It needs to be in your own words.
School is interesting. If we have 5,000+ nuclear weapons, why do we think we can tell other countries to not have them? We're giant bullying hypocrites - oh arrogant USA! Why do I live here? Ah well. I'm sooo moving to scotland and maybe marrying James McAvoy because, he's, um, amazing.
On matters of movies, Indiana Jones was...not worth it. Wtf was with the alien things? But her Cateness was in it. She has a perfect face. No really. It's the most symmetrical of, like, everyone in hollywood. O.o. Narnia was better, but Peter was angsty and Edmund (yummy) didn't get enough screen time. But! BUT! I got cleolinda's book today - or rather, it finally shipped from Britain. And I read some of it, and nearly broke all of my ribs laughing. It's a good book. BUY IT ALREADY. [pimps book]
Yeah. :) It's really late here so I should sleep...Farmers Market in the morning. I can't wait! <33
