It is my Breakfast treat day at the photo studio. So this is what I make.... (I lucked out this time as there were only 16 mouths to feed)
Every Friday we all take turns bringing in morning treats, I like to do the whole breakfast experience when its my turn....
It starts off with one large sweet onion, 1 large bell pepper, 3 avocados and 5 Roma tomatoes...
Next cook up 2 packages of large spicy hot sausages and one package of small regular sausages.
Cut up all the cooked sassages....mmmm can you say MEAT?!!!!!
Then saute up the onion and pepper in a little of the bacon grease, that is left over after cooking an entire package of bacon.
With the cooked veggies, sassages, and bacon laid out, next crack the 36 eggs.....
hey...stay with me on this... this ain't no yoke! ha ha ha
Then dice up tomatoes, more sweet onion and avocados, mix in lemon juice, salt and parsley, mix well, let stand over-night. (This is a fresh salsa to top off your eggs and meat before you eat it.)
In a large crock pot, grease it with butter, put a layer of frozen hash browns on the bottom, layer veggies and meat and put grated jack and cheddar cheese between each layer, Mix eggs well with a 1/4 cup of milk and pour over everything in crock pot, top with the cut up bacon, cook overnight on Low for 8 hours, get up in morning take everything to work and enjoy! Oh and fresh bread rolls, shamrock cookies and LOTS of coffee!
Watch everyone enjoy their breakfast.... then hide in your part of the studio and nap for an hour, (optional)
