Erin Saves the Day

Today is a glorious day. Today, my dearest friend Erin Mary Butler saved a life. She was driving home, and her eye caught a glimpse of something, something quite alarming: a poor pup stranded in the middle of a wide, street racing with cars whizzing by the fragile creature. So, she stopped on the side of the road, and called to it. Little Mortimer feared that if he took one more step, his life would end right then and there. But he complied, for Erin held out her warm, welcoming arms, and he knew life lay just within the reach of her clutching hands. He sprinted to her, as the cars swerved and barely missed Mortimer by a . He made it to Erin, and she embraced the pup. She brought him into her Volvo, and called for his family to get him. She had delivered him to his family, and more importantly, saved him from the dark unknown, which oh so feared to enter. Ms. Butler, I commend you for your actions. Your courageous and loving actions saved Mortimer. Je is ever so grateful, and will never forget you. He even plans on naming his first-born pup, one day, after you. Once agian, bless your kind soul.
